So ITM, their AD drug causes BRAIN bleeds in humans and they are permitted to progress to phase 3 trials ? They are UK based I believe (I didn't see the whole report) and the FDA stymie us for 'tail wagging irregularities ?' This is really becoming bizarre as well as costly (in money & lives !!)
