My post is responding to ITM. The logic is clear. Notorious refers to Prana's market performance. IMO, its management team could be the only reason for such disastrous performance when compared to any other companies in this industry. If PCH could be lifted, there should be a better future. Therefore I am accumulating as planned when PRAN is trading below $5 in Nasdaq now. Hopefully this year's uptrend still continues.
