    No problems mate, bacci is good in this space and i cant help to think she got screwed by the governemt so to speak.
    I have read alot of her posts to learn as she jas walked the line.
    My head wants me to believe otherwise that there is good bemefits with superannuation, but she is right you are better off keeping the money amd enjoying it as painful as it is to say.

    For SMSF lending there few bank that play in that space now with regards to property investment. They all pulled out due to the regulations and too much red tape.

    You will have to evidence 2 years worth of income for your SMSF if you want to purchase property and max lvr would be dependant on post code and LVR i think the highes would be 75-80 %

    It comes with a warning though once you select the bank you will most likely be partnered with them till the loan is paid out or property sold.
