It is probably OK when you are in accumulation phase, but as in my case property it is older style office and needs some major repairs,and as it is now in pension phase - tax free , no deductions on major repairs. I don't think is any any advantage to have property in SMFS, too much administrations, valuation every year and selling will be another accounting waste of time...( I got property 15 years in SMFS free hold)
