Sorry Moz, I did say to you that I thought the price would keep dropping.
I feel really bad selling, but at least I've salvaged something. My monthly loan repayments will be greatly reduced until that big tax bill comes in.
I can now hold knowing my debt is almost paid off. Just peeved that I didn't commit to selling much earlier, but there wasn't the buy depth for me to take the plunge.
