Just checked up on the patent and looks like they filed some more info on the 26 October. They have withdrawn the 21 claims and substituted 9 "new" claims. Also put forward argument to overcome examiners previous objections.
Hard to make this stuff out - particularly the arguments re prior art. Probably need a few reads to decide if this version is any more convincing.
However, filing an amendment should buy them a bit more time in the patent process.
