Sounds like the past quarter has been spent purely on development of the decline. Do you know if level drives have been completed or almost completed so that stoping can commence in the next quarter? If it is only the access decline and not level drives nearly finished then the next quarterly production will also be minimal as level drives (tunnels) take time to develop.
Will await the quarterly to see when I can glean from the little info it will contain.
