What we saw this week from Utah was not surprising, it was detailed as a possibility in the approval. I am told that the reason they review is to strengthen their position on the points raised by the opponents so that there less chance of further action.

Basically ASN expected the permit to be challenged- and Utah Water Rights newly created rules & regs given first test.

ASN basically writing the DLE rule book in the US, so justifiably we are being scrutinised- but when you look at that group photo the other day- it shows many levels of GOVT happy to see the project, and looking at its first test case.

And that is why ASN is gold sponsor of the biggest DLE lithium event happening in the world at present.
