Yes that was previously approved, 14,000 acre-feet of annual water usage, but now that has been suspended pending enquiries.
That particular DLE Tech uses a lot of water, do you know how much 14,000 acre - feet is?
MAN use Electroflow is backed and funded by Bill Gates, he is not going to throw his cash into stuff that doesn't work, he is far more "finincially" intelligent than all of HC posters put together obviously He is only worth $100Billion lol.
Also Bill Gates is big on environmental issues hence his association with Electroflow i guess
