No different to making an appointment or in construction getting a contractor, they are certainly available but also have their schedule, so perhaps you're taking it too literal/immediate when they say the drill is available, it might not be sitting there just waiting.
I've been here since November 1c entry and happy to wait for things to start rolling, have been on many stocks that have taken time for things to start but then go on to make over 500% gains.
Everyone has their own risk and investment strategies.
Research, analyse, buy good stocks early and wait for them to re-rate.
Look at that 3.2c wiped out just as I type
