Do you think the fall in profits is permanent? If that's the case than your estimate looks right. IMO the profits should recover once the economy recovers.
Some companies don't even make money but have higher market values than AGL. One extreme example is APT. It has three times the market capital of AGL but they struggle to make money and don't pay dividends. Obviously the holders are looking beyond the next couple of years.
