Interesting kimco deal almost a year ago, now,if approved, issuing of capital to vendors of scarborough,management are not sitting on their hands,IMHO the right moves in a troubled environment.
I have been learning over the last year how important good management is, when navigating through dangerous waters.
VPG not for the faint hearted,under 4 cents, i am looking to buy more ,as always DYOR.
