Uturn2 is a rather accurate fellow as I have watched the stocks he has tipped for a breakout and they percentage wise are very accurately tipped by Uturn2, well done on that.
However the variable in Uturn2's formulae (and correct me if I am wrong Uturn) in that charts can be watched (yes), lines can cross (yes), triangles can be formed (yes), the higher the volume and the longer the time before the breakout the higher and stronger the breakout will be (yes) and this all ='s a prediction of a breakout,
"however the formulae is totally usell when the volume is diluted by the issue of more shares" (yes)
Game over and there is no breakout "extra issue of shares weakens it or dilutes the chances of any breakout"
