This may be true in 3 + years but falling prices we are in oversupply right now and MP is coming on line, if there predictions are correct they will go from 0 to 6KT in 5 Qs, I think they will make 4 KT for sure doubt 6 KT. Lynas claims, They will increase to 10.5 Run rate by end of year, 6 Kt to 10.5 Kt is a 75% increase, I do not believe it. China just did an out of cycle Quota increase. they seldom produce all of the quota but they do increase output to meet most of it.
