I think UUV used to have a small amount of shares on issue in the past, maybe 166m or so....
It is now 1.79B. Huge dilution but you have to do what you have to do to keep the lights on.
Good that you averaged down as it is a bit of a no brainer atm to me (outside the litigation). If the lawsuit is resolved in UUV's favour and they maintain a cordial relationship with Apium, I cannot see how this could continue to be worth $0.001. Should be worth $5m market cap at least IMO.
