I think there are a lot of people looking at UUV as they suspect that the chances of an RTO are high.
Volume for 2021 has been very solid. Lots of churn - lots of folks taking a position.
These are still bargain base prices.
Its a speecie and a gamble - no doubt.
Lots of IPOs going on. Back door is an easier and cheaper way to go.
