First State certainly have the capital, the motivation and the source is the Australian, which was correct in identifying First State as a bidder for Opticomm, so they might have a good source. The Australian got it right when everyone else had no idea including Opticomm. Could be an interesting few months. BTW, it's highly UNLIKELY that they will bid until the acquisition is completed.
