Tripoint was clearly not operating at industry norms in terms of margin. UXC does have an opportunity to improve margins in line with the rest of their business operation. Tripoint's business would be in software sales or consualtancy. Either way 10% margin would be expected once integrated with UXC's business. Say a year down the track we might see this sort of improvement.
