I sympathize.
Although I have only held UXC for a few months, it has returned more than 26% including dividends and the potential for growth and yield looks good. I know others that bought earlier have done even better.
I am disappointed with the offer so far, and surprised that the board would recommend an offer below the then current market price.
I will probably vote against the take-over in it's current form, not that my vote will count for much, but it will be my token protest.
If someone wants to change my view on this I am happy to listen.
