I was looking forward to UXC delivering on the potential it has had for several years, and slowly (or even quicker) increasing its earnings and fully franked dividends. And the share price getting rerating for consistency with a higher P/E.
However the board has put us "on the block", so I am now expecting that what I can look forward to is (preferably) another bidder, or failing that a slight increase in the current offer.
Unless we change the Board, that seems to be the best I can hope for (irrespective that I see UXC as being worth >$1.50 on its outlook.)
