    A good article- best to read the whole thing, but it has this to say at the end:

    "The acquisition of Keystone will expand UXC’s exposure to government spending, and from an overall perspective, analysts at Moelis saw significant financial benefits, upgrading profit forecasts for 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 by 3 per cent, 8.8 per cent and 8.9 per cent respectively."
