    I'm not happy - I saw the rise in the SP as being due to confirmation that they were back on track, and securing increased annual income.

    I'm sure CSC saw the same thing - and have now tried to get the company cheaply. That this has only just been announced, seemingly far into the discussions, leaves me perplexed.

    Not happy.
