    I have a feeling Uran have already secured at least one project in Uzbekistan via Discovery/Integra.

    IMO they could be waiting until other acquisitions come to fruition (Ukraine, Czech etc) so then the Discovery deal can go through. However, as I tend to do, I am only speculating.
