Nice thing to note it that there Gazonor should produce a nice contribution to EPGs bottom line even after paying the 5% on the convertible notes. this means Gazonor can (partly) pay for its own upgrading...that has to represent a significant derisking of the company in my book. I really can't see energy prices going down in Europe in the near term either.
I thought the same thing as well Mikayla...didn't say anything because I have spouted conspiracy theories about the trading of this stock in the past. But as the deal reveals, there are some big boys getting involved who may be willing to depress the price for the long-term good for there own back pockets. As small shareholders theres nothing much we can do about it...just need a local fund to wise up and take a 1-2% position to end the shannigans.
