From my data the LIBOR seems to be currently 4.86% (1month)- 4.3% (1year)
To suggest that EPG should be almost as risk free as the LIBOR (14-70 basis points risk adjustment) is ridiculous. Smart money is obviously saying that the effective $1.25 call will be soon in the money.
Good times ahead for holders.
