ICP thread is talking about a big local deal in the short term. Their price has been looking dreadful aswell.

Here's one out of left field....Just a guess, but what if KKR has decided to put up Cashcard for sale and has asked for competetive tenders. Cashcard is meaningless to KKR after their acquisition of First Data, and I understand they just sold Pulse to ICP.
The prospect of picking up another 5600 ATM's might be enough to dampen the shareprice short term as the company tries to organise finance.
