RSG has never been a steady growth stock, have a look at its Weekly chart, no trend but sudden spikes up and down every few months, mad personality! recent few years it has been trading within a range of $1 ~ $1.40 most of the time. This year it has some fundametal improvement but again it has still experienced a sudden spiky drop of 20% this week. If this mad personality is not changing then don't hold and treat it as a growth stock.
