    I'd think that a number of ZNC shareholders have been doing that, ie selling ZNC to buy RTR in order to capture the full potential of the discovery. When this stops and more money comes into ZNC for the arbitrage then ZNC should hit at least 30c (if RTR price maintains current levels).
