Any FDA news will only be concerning the timing of filing as the company has previously announced.

Some of you seem a little confused about FDA approval. Approval can only be given once the files have been put forward and assessed by the FDA. At this point those files havn't been submitted yet.

The actual announcement on file timing shouldn't be viewed that the news will push it to 10c as it doesn't constitute approval.

Please be careful how you digest some posts and read previous announcements very carefully too.
