There are some bigger vanadium developers you are missing dbd25.
GVP is 131mt at 0.9% where as there are projects like QEM's Julia Creek which is 2,710mt at 0.3% (JORC 2012) but their JORC 2005 was over 5billion tonnes at 0.35%.
I'd expect that vanadium just isn't favoured with the current market, if one of the developers turns into a producer and makes good margins, the sector will really pick up.
