With all due respect, it seems to me that the board and the note holders had the same reaction I had when I read Mr Allen's letter the first time -- as soon as I saw that Frank Wilson was sneaking his way back in I lost faith in this group. Sorry, but FW has, in my opinion, more than a fair share of responsibility for Quintis' dismal fate. No company collapses so fast and so completely after one aggressive short unless it has been rotten to the core.
