    what is MOST interesting in regards to this thread is:

    when this data was originally presented (for the first time) on 06.01.09 post 10025, there was an avalanche of bulls answering to those numbers and questioning their legitimacy !

    so much so, that it looked like they were doing nothing more but trying to cover it up with the 'sea of posts'...

    it looks like we've put the theory "they dont make any more land" behind us !

    also the one about the "housing shortage" (behind us forever i hope)!

    mind you, some of those bulls are still with us today (conveniently not replying to this but ....)
