Benny, a financial adviser told me about 20 years ago that he thought Canterbury and Camberwell would be interesting in 20 years because there were a lot of big homes with 5/6 bedrooms and he thought his property in Canterbury would not be worth much because couples were not having as many kids as time went on.
They still hold there value.
