My points pretty simple ..Individual room vacancies have been around for 50 plus years ..
The market dictates the size of home that will be built , if this changes , density will increase ( exactly what is happening in cities ) .. Land component holds value .
On the outskirts we build 4 bedroom homes ( minimun ) with onsuite and alternate bathroom .
If we want to start registeries for EVERY vacant room ..Its got very little to do with the Head topic .
