You've got a passion for what you do, take pride in how you do it, and enjoy working together to achieve great outcomes.

Brierty are seeking experienced civil project managers for our upcoming works. You will have demonstrable extensive experience in a civil construction environment with a strong understanding of project cost management, ability to manage client expectations, strong conflict management, and the ability to delegate and lead. The successful candidate will possess:

• A tertiary qualification in civil engineering
• Proven project management experience
• Extensive experience in bulk earthworks, mining infrastructure, tailings dams, land development and/or road construction projects in a contracting environment
• Thorough understanding of construction with hands-on approach
• Commitment to the health and safety
• Proven problem solving ability
• An ability to adapt to unexpected situations willingly and re-prioritise accordingly, including redirecting effort and resources
• Hold White/Blue construction card
• Hold current WA drivers licence

Applicants will need to be flexible in roster and location as these upcoming projects will be based around the WA regional (FIFO or DIDO) and the Perth metropolitan area. Salary will be negotiable dependent on experience and abilities. You will be working in a high paced environment where you will need to be adaptable, flexible and have the capacity to think on your feet.
