What you're forgetting Strat is that all these building companies that have gone broke have freed up tradies to work elsewhere, the construction industry isn't losing capacity. Also Strat, when the Vic government stops construction on some of their major projects which they are in the process of doing, there'll be more tradies available... many boomers have enough cash to pass on to buy several homes...
