    I am pretty sure Kokusai Nihombashi is the property that is vacant at the moment for 2 reasons.
    1 - It is a single-tenant office building that has a standard lease.
    2 - It was specially mentioned in a 2009 August presentation that "the contract with Japan Securities Agents is scheduled to terminate on end of Oct 2009 by their notice".
