That comparison would be better used over a longer data set of fully vaccinated people. That would also equally allow variables like seasons, temperature etc to be evenly applied across the data set. As the 10 month data set provided from Jan-Sept, encompasses a winter period where vaccines weren't available, versus a summer period where the became available.
Being that the data around the world tends to show that the cooler months present higher risk, it pretty well flaws that data set.
Though I would like to see what it says in say March 2022
