As I read it, this excerpt is saying that there will be less focus on new case numbers. The futility and the expense of testing everyone with a running nose is finally being recognized. Instead, they will be focusing on "the health of the population" (BS political rhetoric) and "vaccination rates".
In other words, they are going to intensify their coercion and persecution of the unvaccinated, which is incredibly dumb.The unvaccinated haven’t succumbed to fear after two years of scaremongering,so there is no way they will be intimidated now, by psychotic politicians and health officials.
No doubt we will continue to hear of every single "covid" death, even if the person was murdered and never even entered ICU.
