as a blind koala I am always quick to apologise for an error in vision. So I have to apologise. It is also my view that health engine needs to do the same. Again HE have been caught out.

yes health engine won the supply contract in a limited tender from the feds. BUT read the fine print. The contract means that health engine is the preferred vaccine agent for GPS that do not have a booking system. Those that already have a booking system do not need to switch.
from my patch, this looks like another HE scam. Naughty naughty HE. Man up and admit to your deception. Strike 2 as far as I can see.
