Ahhhh... the question that everyone would like answered. Unfortunately, the only answer I can give with any level of confidence is "real soon now".
The FDA can make approvals at any time. They do update their databases once per month on about the 5th or 6th of the month.
Most likely the first we will know about it is when CST goes into pre-open and we get the announcement. I am fairly certain that the company will be advised before we find it anywhere.
