The number of new shares issued under the BTA Employee Option Plan = 383,265 out of a total number of shares in issue (inclusive of the mentioned new shares) of 174,947,264 equates to 0.219%. Dilutionary effect is therefore minimal.
There are further dilutionary issues of 668,118 and 2,347,007 option shares (yet to be issued) in the Employee Retention Incentive plan and the Total Shareholder Returns Option plan respectively to come. These total 3,015,125 (if all fully vest) which equates to 1.69% of shares in issue & to be issued. Again, dilutionary effect is, in my opinion, insignificant.
