Ecommerce is most definitely here to stay. COVID out of necessity gave rise to many first time online shoppers.
These shoppers having discovered the convenience of online and this will evolve into them being repeat online customers.
This is unique to TPW, all of online will benefit in some capacity from this shift in consumer shopping behaviours.
