Few and far between but mainly in the rnai space. J&J bought a small molecule co back in the day. A lot of people to get rich yet before there's a HBV cure. Pharma prefer a pill a day ya know. Published pre clinical is still a long way off, so I wouldn't be counting on a deal for a considerable time. Just my opinion. Market wide open though imho.
