I keep hearing commentators (OK ABC lefties then) saying that if the vaccine program had been accelerated there would be no lockdown in Victoria. Suspending disbelief for one moment, at what % of vaccinations would this statement be true? Has anyone actuallay ever stated this? I've searched but I can't find any reference. If it is true then that would at least present a defined target to achieve in a swamp full of BS.
