    I agree with you that sb got in to hold VAH. But the problem is clearer now. HNA is the buyer without fully disclosed ownership in this share. But HNA is under investigation around the world. HNA borrowed too much bank loans... So there is a good chance that HNA will have to sell its interest in VAH in a short time...
