That is disgusting. Company goes bust, equity holders lose everything, most debt holders lose nearly everything. Then with all that debt wiped off they relist with a blank slate, cash out and run. Classic Private Equity move. They won't care what happens to the airline after they've relisted. It'll be Dick Smith all over again.
