Looks like good results but the safety issues are far greater than paxalisib and its method of dosage, 3 days IV every 21 days...ouch!
I'm not sure how those issues would rate sufferers decision making under their circumstances.
Taking 3 days out of an already heavily shortened life may sway their decision to a far safer and less life changing drug process that is offered by paxalisib, at this stage.
Good to have more efficacious drugs available!
@RBx , No commentary on the great success paxalisib has had but a post on a competitive drug, hmmm some may call that down ramping? How about you put some effort into answering your own question, or would that defeat the point of the post??
