Shareholder notices will easily tell of any selling. He won’t be, not his style.
Seriously would you buy and sell a substantial holding in a short time. He probably does trade shares, in and out on anything other than public noted declared holdings in companies.? ( not substantially holdings)
do research on the guy, he holds.
