Wow what a week so far! just commenting about the MBO and NTA that Propunter has posted on, what has Noosa added to our NTA, Now not knowing the ins and outs of the original deal what is the concequences of VPG now owning Noosa for a cost of $2.2mil stamp duty? (is this tax deductable?) What is Noosa worth and what is the total cost of owning it to VPG, has aquiring Noosa added to our dept and if so how much and how has it effected our borrowings and dept rollower?? Did we add Noosa to our portfolio for half it's worth? (P.S. glad I topped up the otherday!)
